This wonderful property, equipped with all the comforts that bring it to a luxury level, can accommodate up to 10 guests. The property consists of 2 bodies, the main one houses the kitchen with peninsula, furnished with table, chairs, relaxation area and fireplace. There is a bathroom at the service of the house and outside there is a charming patio, furnished with a sofa and sun loungers, to provide maximum relaxation for our guests.
All four rooms, with double beds, have an external patio and a private bathroom, with shower. The fifth room, detached and located in the second body, a lamia, also has a bathroom with shower, private.
Probably the strong point of this structure, in addition to the furnishings that have been carefully designed in every detail and are classy, with soft colours typical of a villa in the Apulian countryside, are the outdoor spaces.
A luxuriant garden surrounds the entire structure and acts as a “cradle” for the scenic stone swimming pool overlooking the grounds full of fruit trees, typical of the Macchia Mediterranea.
Several areas are furnished to ensure pleasant comfort: sun loungers by the pool, small tables with chairs to enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors, and a well-equipped outdoor kitchen. Finally, an outdoor bathroom serving the pool.
