And at the end of the preparation, seeing them satisfied as they taste the dishes carefully prepared by them under the guidance of our cook.

Almost certainly the most requested dishes are those based on fish, prepared with fresh pasta such as trofiette with courgettes and prawns, or cavatelli with seafood, the very fresh seafood salads with octopus and vegetables, while other dishes like the well-known courgettes “alla poverella” or rice, potatoes and mussels, meatballs, fried fish and battered vegetables are definitely among the most popular. 

For the most refined and delicate palates, our chef also offers appetizing carpaccio: salmon or swordfish.

Finally, for those who wish to celebrate a special occasion or treat themselves to a special indulgence by spending a totally relaxing day at the pool or by the sea, we also offer an organised dinner, prepared and cared for down to the smallest detail by the chef, who proposes a menu in advance to our guests, who can decide whether to accept it or modify it according to their tastes. The end result is always satisfying, and involving our guests in what is our gastronomic culture, of which we are proud, makes us proud of our work and further inspires us, encouraging us to do better and better.
