The tasting journey is designed to highlight the authentic flavors of the region through simple yet representative pairings of Puglian tradition.

The tasting includes olive oil paired with local specialties such as marinated artichokes, friselle, taralli, homemade bread, dairy products, desserts, and a glass of local wine. Upon request, additional wines can be added from our curated selection, delivered directly to the villa.
