It is well known that Apulia is now famous for the quality of raw materials, fish and the passion that is used to cook the many delicious traditional dishes. In fact, one of the services that we offer to our tourists is precisely that of the cooking class directly in the villa they have rented for their holidays. It is wonderful to see the attentive guests involved in the preparation of these purely Apulian dishes, of which everyone is absolutely greedy. And at the end of the preparations see them satisfied to taste the dishes carefully prepared by them under the guidance of our cook.
